The Salon du Chocolat is the not-to-be-missed event for those who share a passion for this exceptional product. It creates an unfailing link between the people who grow the cocoa and those who eat the chocolate.

For its 2012 edition, the Salon du Chocolat highlighted the "New Worlds of Chocolate" : new territories, new tastes, new trends and new talents. 135,000 visitors took part in the most gourmand event of the year. Throughout 5 days and on 12,600m2, chocolate addicts and amateurs came to discover the universe of chocolate and cocoa.

Being a worldwide event and a veritable international label, The Salon du Chocolat hosted more than 400 participants, including 200 renowned international chefs and pastry chefs and 160 chocolate exhibitors who celebrated this wonderful product.
